About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a data-driven Dealer to join our FX brokerage team in Limassol. This

role suits someone with a sharp analytical mind and experience with SQL, BI tools, and real-time

monitoring platforms such as Grafana. You'll be responsible for monitoring trading systems,

evaluating risk, and using data insights to support operational and trading decisions, all while

ensuring smooth execution and system performance during the afternoon shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze client trading activity using BI tools and SQL queries

• Ensure compliance with risk management using real-time and historical data

• Monitor liquidity and pricing through trading platforms and dashboards

• Handle trade execution and manage risk exposure via MT4/MT5 and internal tools

• Create and manage Grafana dashboards for trade and performance monitoring

• Extract/transform trading data for decision-making and reporting

• Work with tech teams to improve automation and monitoring infrastructure

• Detect and respond to trading anomalies or latency issues

• Coordinate with liquidity providers, bridge providers, and platforms

• Support development and backtesting of trading strategies with data-driven insights

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Dealer or Trading Analyst in an FX brokerage

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large trading datasets

• Familiar with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring systems

• Strong understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and order flow

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable with rotating shifts and fast-paced environments

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
