We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an English, Spanish, and Portuguese-speaking Retention Agent in Bulgaria. This role focuses on managing customer communications and retaining clients within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities of the Retention Agent
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with English, Spanish, and Portuguese-speaking clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships by regularly communicating the benefits and updates of our financial services.
- Identify clients at risk of leaving and implement strategies to retain them, including personalised follow-ups and offers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine retention strategies and share client feedback for campaign improvements.
- Track and report on retention metrics and client interactions to management, suggesting enhancements where necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively address client needs and concerns.
- Provide high-quality customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements for the Retention Agent Role
- Proven experience in customer retention, sales, or a customer service role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
- Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on achieving retention targets and goals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
