🧭 What You'll Be Doing

As a Regional BD Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in owning the performance and growth of your region. You’ll lead the expansion of the IB network, support country-level strategies, and drive trading volume through well-nurtured partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the regional BD strategy aligned with company goals
• Recruit, activate, and retain high-quality IBs across your territory
• Collaborate with Country Heads and local BDs to ensure consistent IB support
• Track KPIs such as IB conversion, trader activation, and regional revenue
• Monitor regional competition and advise on market positioning
• Use CRM and performance tools to manage pipeline and performance

🧩 What We're Looking For

✅ Proven experience in Forex business development
✅ Strong IB network within your region
✅ Solid understanding of regional market dynamics and FX regulation
✅ Hands-on mindset with a data-driven and entrepreneurial approach
✅ Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
✅ Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
